Tim Kennedy Seeks State Senate Seat

Ahhh it seems like it was just yesterday.....

Actually it was just a few weeks ago Tim Kennedy started his term as an Erie County Legislator.

Now he is announcing his intentions to take a run at the 58th district State Senate seat currently occupied by Bill Stachowski. But Kennedy says he's not just looking to remove a long-time incumbent.

"Albany has failed us as a state, Albany has failed us as a region, Albany has failed us as New Yorkers, and Albany needs a change." Kennedy said.
