An old friend is going away. Demolishin began on the Wintergarden in Niagara Falls Friday.



USA Niagara, is investing $7.9 million to rebuild the site by installing cobblestone finishes, new lighting and a pedestrian-friendly streetscape with benches and bicycle ramps.
